About the role

Investor Relations Associate / Senior Associate We are looking for an Investor Relations Associate / Senior Associate to support the Investor Relations function at Fractal. The role will involve investor and analyst-facing coordination, meeting scheduling and logistics, maintaining detailed records of external interactions, supporting valuation and peer benchmarking analysis, and assisting with quarterly earnings and other IR processes.

What you'll do

• Investor, Analyst and Market Participant Engagement: Support investor and analyst-facing activities, including meetings, calls, conferences, roadshows
• Research, Valuation and Market Intelligence
• Administration, Process and Documentation
• Scheduling and Logistics: Manage calendars, meeting schedules, invites, meeting links, participant lists, briefing materials, travel coordination
• Process Management: Support IR workflows, timelines, documentation, approvals, record-keeping, and periodic reporting

What you need

• 3–5 yrs of experience
• Valuation
• Capital markets
• Equity research
• Investment banking
• Financial statements
• Excel
• B.Com or BBA or Chartered Accountant or CFA or MBA
