Senior Associate – Fraud Risk

About the role

The Senior Associate – Fraud Risk will play a key role in building and strengthening our fraud prevention function by focusing on external fraud signals, emerging market threats, evolving customer scam behaviours and drive improvements in fraud prevention and detection. This role reports to the Lead, Fraud Risk Operations.

What you'll do

• Monitor emerging fraud trends, scam typologies, and external fraud intelligence across the lending ecosystem
• Conduct complex fraud investigations, identify root causes, fraud patterns, and control gaps across the personal loan lifecycle
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen fraud prevention, detection, and monitoring controls
• Manage SCNs, Reasoned Orders, customer responses, and fraud case resolutions
• Support RBI regulatory reporting, including FMRs and FUAs, ensuring accurate and timely submissions
