Senior Associate - Global Distribution Finance

About the role

The Senior Associate - Global Distribution Finance supports Global Distribution financial planning, forecasting, reporting, purchase-order management, invoice and payment management, and control activities across the network. The role consolidates budget and forecast inputs, analyzes actual spending and key drivers, and prepares clear financial insights for Global Distribution hubs, Finance partners, and leadership.

What you'll do

• Coordinate the collection of annual budget, quarterly forecast, monthly outlook, and year-end estimate inputs from Global Distribution hubs and functional teams
• Review monthly actual spending, accruals, and open commitments with Finance and budget owners to support accurate financial reporting and forecast updates
• Perform variance, trend, and scenario analysis to explain changes in distribution and logistics spend, identify emerging risks, and highlight opportunities for action
