Senior Associate – HR Data Analyst – People & Culture – UAE Offshore

About the role

The Data Analyst will support P&C by providing high-quality data analysis, weekly workforce reporting, and backup payroll administration. This role will develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, ensure data accuracy, and support regular reporting cycles related to onboarding, offboarding, nationalization, headcount, and attrition.

What you'll do

• Maintain accurate HR data by updating Excel spreadsheets and databases, gathering information from various systems such as Oracle, D365, HRIS, payroll, and ATS
• Work with IT to resolve data issues at the source and manage master employee data, including creating, updating, and deleting records
• Cleaning and standardising HR data by removing errors, unifying formats, and converting raw information into clear, structured tables
• The role also includes building automated, repeatable data processes and identifying inefficiencies in HR workflows, such as payroll or onboarding
• Produce regular workforce reports and dashboards covering headcount, onboarding and offboarding, nationalization, and attrition
