Senior Associate-Insurance Operations

About the role

We are looking for detail-oriented and motivated professionals to join our Insurance Operations team. The role involves supporting insurance policy administration and transaction processing while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and high service standards.

What you'll do

• Process insurance-related transactions in line with established procedures and service standards
• Review and verify documents for completeness, accuracy, and adherence to guidelines
• Support policy administration activities, including policy issuance, endorsements, renewals, and cancellations
• Assist in claims processing, data validation, and record maintenance
• Maintain and update customer and policy information in internal systems
