Senior Associate - IT System Engineer

About the role

This role involves collaboration with, technical architects, project stakeholders, end users, and third-party vendors. You’ll be exposed to a diverse IT infrastructure landscape—including hardware, software, and network systems—with an expectation to contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and practices.

What you'll do

• Support the design and provision of IT solutions including full lifecycle mergers and acquisition (M&A) projects and group strategic projects
• On occasion, this role will be required to present to stakeholders, managing escalations with the Project Manager
• Evaluate changes and provide solutions for Stakeholder review
• Adhere to and ensures the enforcement of all business policies
• Create and maintain documentation, including systems configuration, processes, knowledge articles, test and project plans
