In this role, your key responsibility will be to identify, assess, and manage risks that impact our business operations and reputation. Your expertise will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, all while supporting our dedication to delivering exceptional client service.

What you'll do

Collaborate with the Risk and Compliance team to assess potential risks in professional services operations, including legal matters, engagements
Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify and evaluate potential operational, legal, and reputational risks
Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies, policies, and procedures that align with industry best practices, legal requirements, and internal standards
Monitor changes in laws, regulations, and industry trends impacting our business, providing proactive guidance for compliance and risk avoidance
Participate in the review and negotiation of client contracts and engagements
