Senior Associate, Marketing Operations

About the role

We are looking for a proactive and strategic marketing professional with 4–5 years of experience to support ISDM’s institutional brand-building efforts. The role combines campaign management, content and digital marketing, stakeholder engagement, website management, email marketing, and marketing operations.

What you'll do

• Plan and execute integrated marketing and communication campaigns across digital, email, social media, website, and events
• Coordinate with digital marketing agencies to monitor campaign performance, lead generation, SEO implementation, website traffic, and conversion optimization
• Serve as the internal point of contact for website maintenance and enhancement projects, ensuring content accuracy, SEO hygiene, timely updates, and agency coordination
• Develop and publish content across channels including website pages, landing pages, social media, blogs, reports, brochures, and marketing collateral
• Track, analyse, and report performance metrics across campaigns, website analytics, email marketing, and social media channels
