Senior Associate

About the role

A successful Senior Associate should have: C.A. (passed the final in first attempt) or C.F.A. (passed level 3). 4-6 years of experience post C.A. in doing unlisted deals, or doing commercial or financial DD for unlisted deals, or investment banking for consumer deals. Ideal experience would be in consumer products and services sectors, from Series A onwards (not Seed stage).

What you'll do

• Participate in all phases of investment work, from sourcing to idea generation to diligence to deal execution and portfolio monitoring
• Engage directly with portfolio company management teams, co‑investors, and external advisors
• Contribute to the preparation of the firm's global asset allocation activities, including research, fund manager selection, and performance analysis
• Assist the founder in regularly refining the firm's investment frameworks, therefore process discipline and independent thinking are highly valued
