Senior Associate – Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning

About the role

The role involves designing and executing research, impact evaluations, and pilots that generate actionable insights to inform program design and contribute to policy advocacy. The Senior Associate will work closely with internal teams, external research partners, and field teams to create a culture of innovation, rigour and continuous learning.

What you'll do

• Evaluation Design & Implementation
• Co-design and support execution of quasi-experimental studies, and implementation of research
• Develop research frameworks (ToCs, Log frames etc) and tools, aligned with program goals
• Design and implement research data collection methods such as FGDs, IDIs, surveys, and mixed-method evaluations
• Manage data collection processes, including enumerator training, field monitoring, and data quality assurance
