About the role

PwC’s M&A Tax & Regulatory practice provides end-to-end solutions for different types of domestic and cross-border transactions including mergers, demergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, corporate restructuring, inbound and outbound advisory, transaction and business model structuring, due diligence and family arrangements.

What you'll do

• Assist seniors in preparation of client deliverables
• Conducting research on various issues involved and analysing & evaluating implications thereof
• Conducting due diligence on targets
• Coordinating with the Manager/Associate Director on planning and management of assignments

What you need

• 3–5 yrs of experience
• M&A
• Direct tax
• Corporate law
• FEMA
• SEBI regulations
• Valuation
• Chartered Accountant or Company Secretary or LLB

Good to have

• Due diligence
• Client relationship
• MIS reporting
