Senior Associate - Project Management

About the role

Responsible for managing client-sponsored projects from initiation to closure in a CDMO environment.

What you'll do

• Initiation – Update project details in systems, share cost documents, and conduct internal kick-off
• Planning – Prepare project charter, risk register, Gantt chart, and communication plan
• Execution – Ensure RM procurement, monitor timelines, and coordinate regulatory requirements
• Control – Track scope, schedule, and cost; manage risks and change requests
