Responsible for the P&L Account, delivering the top line & bottom line of the Mortgage business in line with organization needs Sales Budget and Plan, COA, Customer Retention, Recruitment & Product Training Handling aspects pertaining to Portfolio monitoring, Project Approval, Legal, Technical, PDD, Referral Billing, vendor management & sales Manager Incentives etc.
