Senior Associate, Transaction Advisory Services // Financial Due Diligence

About the role

The firm delivers integrated financial and operational solutions across Transaction Advisory Services, Transaction Execution Services, Office of the CFO, Valuations, Performance Improvement, Turnaround & Restructuring and Investment Banking. Engagement teams are lean and execution-oriented, working directly with senior stakeholders to navigate complex transitions and transformations.

What you'll do

• Support execution of FDD engagements including Quality of Earnings (QofE), revenue / EBITDA analysis, working capital reviews and cash flow analysis
• Review financial statements, management reports and transaction materials to identify key trends, risks and value drivers
• Prepare client ready deliverables including data books, analytical schedules, QoE bridges and executive level summaries
• Assist in synergy assessments, carveout analyses and integration support
• Collaborate with U.S. engagement teams and participate in client discussions when required
