Senior Associate - TRS/GGN/6419 - TRS - Direct Tax at BDO India. Assisting in advisory engagements ranging from business model optimization, legal matters, TP methodologies, business restructuring, cost allocations, etc.

What you'll do

• Assisting in advisory engagements ranging from business model optimization, legal matters, TP methodologies, business restructuring, cost allocations, etc
• Assisting in various phases of Advance Pricing Agreement program including coordination and liasoning with the client and authorities
• Preparation of transfer pricing reports to be maintained as contemporaneous documentation
• Preparation and filing of accountant's report in Form 3CEB stating the cross-border transactions
• Conducting benchmarking studies using Indian / foreign databases
