About the role

Relevant experience should be a minimum of 2 years in Oracle Fusion HCM Functional, rest can be in any other HR tools like People soft,SAP,Darwinbox or EBS. Compensation, Benefit + any other Fusion HCM Module (Good to have) Core HR, Absence, Talent or Payroll (must to have) Talent or ORC, Helpdesk, Learn or work life solutions or fusion communications or fusion advance control (Good to have)

What you'll do

• Assist in the identification, assessment and resolution of complex functional issues/problems. Interact with clients frequently around specific work efforts/deliverables

What you need

• 3–6 years in human resources & recruiting
• HRMS
• Oracle Fusion
• SAP
• Payroll
• B.Tech or B.E.
