Senior B2B Product Manager

About the role

As Senior Product Manager for B2B, you own the product experience for our enterprise customers, from the moment a company enrols its learners to the day it renews and expands. This is a high-ownership role that sits between customers, our commercial teams and engineering. You run intake for everything B2B.

What you'll do

• Run B2B intake and discovery
• Keep a standing weekly rhythm with sales, BD, account managers and customer success. Join customer calls, pilots and QBRs yourself
• Keep one intake backlog. Log every request with the account, the revenue at stake and the underlying problem, not just the feature asked for
• Spot the patterns across accounts and markets, and bring them back as product decisions
• Own the roadmap and its trade-offs
