Senior BDR

About the role

As a Senior BDR at ICM, you will help create the playbook. You’ll be one of the first people responsible for taking our Intelligent Contract Management platform to market, shaping how we talk about it, who we sell to, and how we win. You’ll work at the intersection of sales, marketing, and AI, bringing a differentiated product to the right buyers at the right moment.

What you'll do

• Own outbound across email, LinkedIn, and phone. Research accounts, find the right stakeholders, and craft outreach that gets replies from people
• Turn learnings into repeatable motion
• Maintain clean, accurate pipeline data and share insights on what’s working (and what’s not)
• Work closely with your AEs to understand our core ICP, prioritise accounts, and create opportunities
• Build Systems - Find Triggers, build new workflows, and go deep into each vertical to build systems that help you priortise accounts, and create opportunities that close
