Senior Billing & Collections Specialist

About the role

As a Sr. B2B Collections Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for managing and safeguarding the company’s receivables. You will collaborate directly with senior leadership to shape and optimize our collections strategies, focusing on late collections bucket.

What you'll do

• Strategic Collections & Stakeholder Management
• Serve as the subject matter expert and main liaison for high-value clients and senior internal stakeholders to address complex billing and payment issues
• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with customers, internal teams (Finance, Sales, Customer Success)
• Regularly communicate key collections metrics and insights to senior leadership, providing recommendations to optimize cash flow
• Advanced Payment Reminders & Negotiations

What you need

• 5–9 yrs of experience
• Collections
• Billing
• Reporting
• Excel
• Accounts receivable
• Accounting
• CMA or B.Com or BBA
