Senior BIM Engineer - MEP

About the role

Under direction of the ME project lead, you will develop, modify, and review models and drawings ensuring the incorporation of design intent. Duties may include the development and implementation of project design concepts, project modelling, developing sketches, conducting research and data collection, preparing presentations and reports, and general production of coordinated design and construction documents including specifications.

What you'll do

• Develop, modify, and review models and drawings ensuring the incorporation of design intent
• Work on multiple projects, in innovative ways that may explore methods of achieving design solutions, completing tasks within established deadlines and budgets
• Manage design tasks and deliverables and report on progress against the design program to the project lead. Report on the progress and risks associated with the project…
• Follow company values and exhibit appropriate behaviours
• Manage time efficiently and assist / input into team meetings to review design program
