About the role

Experience supporting manufacturing environments. Proven ability to troubleshoot data issues independently. Enter and update inventory, BOM, ECO, and NPI data in Oracle EBS and Agile PLM systems. Collaborate with manufacturing teams to gather and confirm data requirements. Troubleshoot and resolve data issues independently, escalating when necessary.

What you'll do

• Support system users by providing guidance on data entry standards
• Communicate data discrepancies and resolutions to stakeholders promptly
• Assist in continuous improvement initiatives for data management processes
