What you'll do

• Serve as a primary liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams for the PEP platform
• Facilitate discovery sessions, workshops, and solution discussions to understand business objectives and requirements
• Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and process requirements
• Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and delivery-ready requirements
• Partner closely with developers throughout the delivery lifecycle to clarify requirements and support successful implementation

What you need

• 10–14 yrs of experience
