Senior Business Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst (Techno-Functional) with 10-12 years of experience in the NBFC and Banking domain. The role will bridge Business and Technology teams and will be responsible for requirement management, solutioning, impact analysis, stakeholder engagement, team leadership, testing support, release readiness, and post-production stabilization.

What you'll do

• Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, use cases, process flows, data mappings, and functional specifications
• Translate business needs into clear techno-functional solutions and implementation-ready requirements
• Perform system impact analysis and identify assumptions, risks, constraints, and cross-application dependencies
• Conduct requirement walkthroughs and drive clarifications, approvals, and sign-offs
• Manage Business, Product, Operations, Technology, Risk, Compliance, Finance, and Vendor stakeholders
