Senior Business Analyst

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst (Techno-Functional) with 5-6 years of relevant experience in the NBFC or Banking domain. The candidate will act as a bridge between Business, Operations, Product, and Technology teams and will support requirement gathering, functional analysis, solution documentation, impact assessment, testing, implementation, and post-production stabilization.

What you'll do

• Business Analysis & Requirement Management
• Understand existing business processes, application workflows, and integration dependencies
• Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, use cases, process flows, functional specifications, and data mapping documents
• Translate business requirements into clear and implementable functional specifications
• Conduct requirement walkthroughs with Business, Development, QA, Database, Integration, and Vendor teams

What you need
