What you'll do

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria
  • Analyze existing business processes and recommend process improvements leveraging Salesforce capabilities
  • Be responsible for managing Salesforce CRM platform
  • Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
  • Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
