Senior Business Analyst (E-Commerce)

About the role

Your primary focus will be identifying growth opportunities, improving customer journeys, supporting strategic decisions, and driving measurable business outcomes across our digital platforms. You will combine strong analytical capabilities with end-to-end project ownership, leading both quick-turn optimization initiatives and more complex, medium-to-large-scale digital projects.

What you'll do

• Analyze customer behavior, conversion funnels, and business performance across digital channels
• Identify growth opportunities and recommend initiatives that improve revenue, conversion, and customer engagement
• Develop business cases and quantify the potential impact of proposed initiatives
• Monitor and communicate performance trends to stakeholders and leadership teams
• Lead and manage medium-to-large optimization and analytics projects from discovery and hypothesis generation through execution and post-launch evaluation

What you need
