Senior - Business Analyst - Regulatory Reporting

About the role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Business Analyst with a strong background in regulatory reporting. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills and a proven track record in stakeholder management, particularly with business teams, operations teams, and audit teams.

What you'll do

• Collaborate with senior stakeholders including business teams, operations teams, and audit teams to gather requirements, understand processes
• Utilize different project methodologies including Waterfall, Iterative, and Agile to create user stories, maintain backlogs, prioritize tasks
• Act as a pseudo product owner by engaging with stakeholders to define project scope, prioritize tasks, and provide leadership throughout the project lifecycle
• Understand metadata and data analysis within the context of regulatory reporting, contributing to accurate and compliant reporting processes
• Work closely with technical teams to bridge the gap between business requirements and technical solutions, ensuring successful implementation
