What you'll do

• The Product Solutions Team is a global function (~200+ FTE) supporting all Securities Services (SSv) products, accountable for product/service programme governance
• The Senior Business Analyst focuses on evaluating and optimising processes to improve efficiency, client outcomes and deliver strategic, scalable, reusable solutions
• Owns the Business Analysis component of Product Solutions projects from initiation to delivery, partnering with Project/Programme Managers, workstream leads and other BAs
• Leads change management activities end-to-end: change planning, stakeholder/audience analysis, communications, training/support, organisation alignment
• Responsible for implementation management, including planning, controlling and reporting deployment activities to accelerate benefits and minimise risk
