Senior Business Analyst / Solution Designer

About the role

Telecom BSS transformation, focused on Product Catalog and Configure-Price-Quote (CPQ) Tech stack: Java microservices, ReactJS, cloud-native deployment Ways of working: GenAI-accelerated SDLC (AI-assisted requirements, design, coding, testing and documentation) Experience: 8-12 years, with at least 4 years in Telco BSS Role summary: Translate business needs into solution designs for Product Catalog and CPQ programs, and act as the bridge between business stakeholders, architects and delivery teams.

What you'll do

• Responsibilities Run requirement workshops with business and product teams, and turn them into epics, user stories and acceptance criteria
• Design product catalog models: product specifications, offerings, bundles, pricing, eligibility and compatibility rules, and lifecycle management
• Define CPQ flows covering configuration, pricing and discounting, quote generation, approvals and order handoff
• Prepare functional designs, process flows, API/integration specifications and data mappings for adjacent BSS/OSS systems (CRM, Order Management, Billing, Inventory)
• Support solution fit-gap analysis, estimation and impact assessment
