Senior Business Analyst – Trade Surveillance and Compliance

About the role

As a Senior Business Analyst focused on Trade Surveillance, Compliance and Regulatory Reporting, you will work within the Capital Markets domain to translate regulatory and client requirements into effective product and system solutions. You will review regulatory changes related to trading compliance, gather and document requirements, and partner with delivery, technology and client-facing teams to support successful solutions.

What you'll do

• Review regulatory changes and client business requirements related to trading compliance, trade surveillance and regulatory reporting
• Analyze business and user needs and translate them into clear business, functional and system requirements
• Define system scope and objectives through research, fact-finding and understanding of Capital Markets business processes and industry requirements
• Develop requirements for complex problems while considering product capabilities and expected business outcomes
• Translate business requirements into functional statements of work and support project initiation activities
