Senior Business Analyst - US Healthcare Domain (4-7 Years)

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Senior Business Analyst with strong experience in the U.S. healthcare domain , spanning one vertical such as Payer. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze business processes, gather and define requirements, and contribute to the optimization of healthcare products and services.

What you'll do

• Serve as the primary liaison between clients and the organization, leveraging healthcare domain expertise to understand and address healthcare IT needs effectively
• Conduct thorough analysis of client requirements and translate them into comprehensive solutions aligned with industry standards and best practices
• Perform gap analysis and process mapping for existing and future workflows
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and UX designers
• Conduct feasibility studies to assess proposed solutions, considering technical feasibility, scalability, and alignment with client objectives
