Senior Business Analyst

About the role

We are hiring a Sr. Business Analyst to drive business performance tracking, insights, and decision-making across key business functions. You will be at the center of decision-making, partnering with marketing, sales, finance, and product teams to ensure execution excellence and data insight-driven growth.

What you'll do

• Monitor key metrics to understand daily and weekly business performance
• Identify “what worked” and “what didn’t,” and deep dive into underperforming segments. Independently conduct root cause analyses and present actionable insights
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, finance, supply chain, and product teams
• Drive initiatives that improve business outcomes through continuous data-backed improvements
• Track and automate key dashboards and reports to simplify performance monitoring

What you need

• 3–5 yrs of experience

• Any graduate
