Senior Business Functional Analyst, AVP

About the role

The Senior PMO Specialist provides experienced PMO support across transformation workstreams, projects, and program activities. The role works closely with management, workstream leads, and project teams to maintain effective governance and controls, coordinate delivery information, and transform complex inputs into clear management insights.

What you'll do

• Implement and operate effective project, program, and execution-governance processes, templates, controls, and frameworks
• Act as an effective liaison across Business, Technology, Operations, Finance, Risk, Compliance, and PMO stakeholders
• Support budgeting, forecasting, resource planning, and value-realization activities
• Maintain and improve PMO tools, dashboards, reporting, and management information
• Prepare concise and decision-oriented materials for governance forums and senior management

What you need

• 5–9 yrs of experience
• Agile
• Portfolio management
• BBA or B.Com
