Senior CFD-Conjugate Heat Transfer Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior CFD Engineer with strong experience in Conjugate Heat Transfer (CHT), CFD and thermal analysis to support the design and development of complex engineering systems. The candidate will be responsible for independently performing CFD simulations, interpreting results, identifying thermal and flow-related design issues, and providing engineering recommendations for product improvement.

What you'll do

• Independently perform steady-state and transient CFD/CHT simulations for complex engineering applications involving conjugate heat transfer between fluids and solid…
• Develop appropriate CFD models, including geometry preparation, computational domain definition, meshing, boundary conditions and solver setup
• Apply sound understanding of fluid mechanics, heat transfer and thermal sciences to define appropriate simulation approaches
• Develop appropriate mesh strategies, including near-wall resolution, boundary-layer treatment and refinement in regions with high flow or thermal gradients
• Analyze temperature distribution, heat transfer, thermal gradients, pressure drop, flow characteristics and other relevant engineering parameters

What you need

• B.Tech or B.E. or M.Tech
