Senior Change Manager (AI Community/ Training)

About the role

You will join AI Enablement & Programme Management, a new central function that connects bp's AI strategy with delivery. The team creates visibility, consistent execution, strategic partner management and organisation-wide readiness, while delivery & specialist accountabilities remain with the relevant teams.

What you'll do

• Join AI Enablement & Programme Management, a new central function that connects bp's AI strategy with delivery
• Deliver through influence in a matrix, recognising that communications and training execution remain owned by specialist teams
• Planning and project delivery: Translate engagement, community and training strategies into integrated plans, milestones, dependencies and deliverables
• Establish practical delivery rhythms, maintain momentum and ensure work is completed to agreed quality and outcomes
• Coordinate backlog, content owners, user needs, publishing activity and lifecycle management so people can access trusted and current AI information
