Senior Channel Sales Manager - HOM

About the role

Development of Agency Channel in all LOB’s. Responsible for driving recruitment & activation with support of campaigns, several engagements. Incumbent is responsible to maintain & enhance service levels provided to the clients thus ensuring sustenance of the existing business. Driving team to achieve the KPI parameters by identify the area of improvement & enhancing business opportunity for the team.

What you'll do

• Ensure the achievement of business for the organization
• Developing all Agency LOB’s like GWP, Health, IPA, CL to new benchmarks & keeping the COR paramount with ensuring hygiene business practice
• Responsible for driving recruitment & activation with support of campaigns, several engagements
• Driving team to achieve the KPI parameters by identify the area of improvement & enhancing business opportunity for the team
• Responsible for explorations & identification of new business by networking

What you need

• 7–13 yrs of experience
• Channel sales
• Any graduate
