What you'll do

• Manage, monitor, and support production and non-production cloud infrastructure across GCP, Azure, AWS, and/or OCI environments
• Take ownership of L2/L2+ incidents, troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues, and ensure timely resolution as per SLA
• Perform VM/server provisioning, scaling, patching, backup, restore, and lifecycle management across Linux and Windows environments
• Troubleshoot cloud infrastructure components including VPC/VNet, subnets, routing, firewall/security rules, load balancers, VPN, DNS, NAT, private connectivity
• Manage and troubleshoot GCP and Azure networking, including VPC/VNet, subnets, routes, firewall rules/NSGs, VPN, NAT, DNS, load balancing, and private endpoints

What you need
