Senior. Collections Specialist – US Process (B2B Voice)

About the role

As a Sr. Collections Specialist – US Process (B2B Voice) , you will leverage your experience in handling US clients, objections, negotiations, and revenue pressure to identify, qualify, and convert US B2B sales opportunities . You will engage directly with US business owners, Directors, VPs, and CXOs , understand their business needs, pitch value propositions, and support sales conversions through structured follow-ups.

What you'll do

• Outbound calling to US business decision-makers (approx. 250–300 calls/day)
• Conduct structured discovery conversations to understand business needs
• Pitch value propositions and qualify high-quality sales opportunities
• Drive sales meetings, follow-ups, and conversions
• Handle objections confidently and professionally
