Senior Commercial Lending Servicing Representative

About the role

The successful candidate will independently own assigned transactions from receipt through completion, apply sound judgment to moderately complex servicing issues, and ensure that transaction documentation, system records, cash movements, and participant positions remain accurate and appropriately supported.

What you'll do

• Service moderately complex commercial real estate and participated commercial loans, including construction, problem, and agency-related transactions
• Manage assigned loan transactions from servicing request through processing, reconciliation, documentation, and closure
• Review loan agreements, amendments, notices, funding requests, and servicing documentation for accuracy and completeness
• Process loan bookings, advances, repayments, modifications, interest, fees, rate changes, paydowns, and maturity activities
• Reconcile loan and cash activity and resolve transaction discrepancies, exceptions, and unmatched items

What you need

• 2–5 yrs of experience
