What you'll do

• Provide training, guidance, and subject-matter expertise to less experienced Commercial Loan Servicing representatives on complex policies, procedures
• Research and resolve complex loan servicing inquiries, applying independent judgment and interpreting loan documentation, policies, procedures
• Coordinate and reconcile loan advances and payments with customers and participating banks, and process letters of credit accurately and efficiently
• Support complex loan trading and assignment activities in collaboration with internal partners and relevant stakeholders
• Plan and prioritize daily work, providing work direction and mentorship to the support team to help ensure timely and accurate completion of deliverables

What you need

• 4–7 yrs of experience
• Power BI
• Alteryx
• Reconciliation
• Loan processing
• Any graduate
