Senior Compensation Analyst

About the role

The Senior Compensation Analyst is responsible for building and delivering both global and local compensation programs that enhance the employee experience, through support and management of both global and country programs in line with the global total rewards philosophy. This role is highly collaborative and cross-functional, requiring regular communication with customers and stakeholders across the organization.

What you'll do

• Contribute to the development of the global compensation and rewards strategy
• Manage global compensation plans and associated provider relationships and oversee the survey and relationship renewal cycle and survey system enhancements
• Ensure country compensation compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Manage compensation administration and billing for all plans globally. This includes obtaining and reconciling invoices, creating finance report requests
• Lead new compensation initiatives and manage the implementation processes in partnership with the TR team, HR, HRIS and Payroll colleagues and the business
