Senior Consultant EAI AMS

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Consultant to join the Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) AMS . The role requires a technically strong and proactive professional who understands the DevOps-oriented responsibilities within the integration domain and can effectively contribute to the development, enhancement, monitoring, and support of the Boomi integration platform .

What you'll do

• Provide end-to-end support and development for enterprise integrations on the Boomi platform
• Design, develop, enhance, and maintain integration solutions based on business and technical requirements
• Take ownership of application support, enhancements, and operational stability of integrations across environments
• Develop and improve observability and monitoring dashboards to strengthen operational support and issue detection
• Handle incidents, service requests, and problem tickets using tools such as ServiceNow and coordinate timely resolution
