Argano is seeking a dynamic and experienced EPM Data Integrations Manager to lead and manage a high-performing team of consulting professionals. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of consulting services to clients, ensuring quality and efficiency in project execution, and fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented team environment.

What you'll do

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of consulting professionals, providing guidance and support in their career development
• Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with team members to provide feedback, set goals, and ensure professional growth
• Foster a positive and collaborative team culture that encourages continuous learning and innovation
• Oversee workload distribution, ensuring that projects are staffed appropriately and deadlines are met
• Ensure the quality of deliverables and services provided by the consulting team, ensuring they meet company standards and client expectations

What you need

• 7–13 yrs of experience

• B.Tech or B.E. or B.Sc or BCA
