  • Provide technical support for the FACETS platform and related healthcare payer systems
  • Monitor and resolve application issues in a timely manner to ensure uninterrupted service delivery
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address user concerns and system enhancements
  • Perform root cause analysis for application failures and implement preventive measures
  • Maintain documentation of support processes, procedures, and system configurations

What you need

  • 4–6 yrs of experience
  • Root cause analysis
  • Any graduate

Good to have

  • SQL
  • ITIL
