  • Configure and maintain Facets platform rules, benefits, and parameters to support claims adjudication and operational requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement CMS Work Products effectively
  • Monitor and troubleshoot technical issues within the Facets system
  • Conduct system testing and validation processes to ensure system integrity and compliance
  • Provide support and training to end-users on the Facets platform

  • Process improvement
  • Problem solving
  • Any graduate

Good to have
