About the role

We are seeking a Senior ServiceNow ITSM Identity & Access Management (IAM) Integration Engineer with strong JavaScript development expertise to design and deliver IAM integrations on the ServiceNow platform. This role is deeply hands on, with a focus on ServiceNow scripting, platform extensibility, and enterprise integrations , particularly with Microsoft Entra and SailPoint .

What you'll do

• ServiceNow Platform & JavaScript Development
• Scheduled Jobs and background scripts
• Write clean, maintainable, and performant JavaScript aligned with ServiceNow best practices
• Extend and customize ServiceNow ITSM to support IAM workflows and integration requirements
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and refactor existing scripts to improve reliability, performance, and upgradeability
