Senior Consultant – Global Employer Services Technology Center (GESTC) – Data Technical Program Management

About the role

As a Senior consultant within the GES Technology Group, reporting to Digital delivery leader, you will work closely with Product and engineering functions to lead cross-functional programs spanning data engineering, analytics, integration, architecture, product, security, and business stakeholders.

What you'll do

• Own and manage the end-to-end Compliance PMO plan for software releases, including SSDLC governance milestones, approval dependencies, timelines, and escalation paths
• Drive coordination of all required compliance approvals for releases, including BISO, quality, risk, data privacy, cyber, and other governance signoffs as applicable
• Coordinate and gather information required for compliance documentation, including data privacy assessments, risk inputs, control evidence
• Drive engagement with member firm and local geography risk leaders to socialize release scope, confirm required risk considerations
• Partner with product, engineering, QA, security, privacy, risk, operations
