About the role

The SAP FICO Consultant-L2 is responsible for providing day-to-day functional support for SAP Finance and Controlling processes within the Reckitt AMS environment. The role supports incident resolution, service requests, minor enhancements, routine maintenance activities, testing, and business user support across Finance operations.

What you'll do

• Incident & Service Request Management
• Provide L2 support for SAP FICO-related incidents and service requests
• Perform initial analysis, troubleshooting, and resolution of functional issues
• Escalate complex problems to L3 consultants when required
• Ensure timely updates and communication within the ITSM tool

What you need

• 3–6 yrs of experience
• SAP FICO
• Accounts payable
• Accounts receivable
• SAP
• General ledger
• Record to report
• B.Tech or B.E. or B.Sc or BCA or B.Com

Good to have

• Internal controls
• ITIL
• Reconciliation
• Regression testing
• SOP writing
• Costing
