About the role

The Senior Support Engineer - Hyperion (L2) will be responsible for providing advanced application support and operational ownership for Reckitt's Hyperion landscape, with a primary focus on Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) and associated financial consolidation, close, and reporting processes.

What you'll do

  • Provide Level 2 support for Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) applications
  • Support financial consolidation, close, intercompany eliminations, and reporting activities
  • Data loads and integrations
  • Security and user access
  • Metadata and hierarchy issues

What you need

  • 5–8 yrs of experience
  • Month-end close
  • Change management
  • ERP
  • Reconciliation
  • Root cause analysis
  • SOP writing
  • Any graduate

Good to have

  • ITIL
