About the role

The Senior Support Engineer - Kinaxis (L2) will be responsible for providing advanced application support for the customer's Kinaxis RapidResponse platform, supporting business-critical supply chain planning processes including demand planning, supply planning, inventory planning, S&OP, and response management.

What you'll do

• Provide Level 2 support for Kinaxis RapidResponse production environments
• Support day-to-day planning operations and business-critical planning cycles
• Demand and supply planning exceptions
• User access and security issues
• Planning alerts and workflow failures

What you need

• 4–7 yrs of experience

• Reconciliation

• Any graduate
